As some of you may know, when it comes to a food challenge, Ryan has mad skills. The saltine challenge, no problem. Twinkies and cinnamon are harder, but he still won't back down (even if it ends in throw up). So when a few guys from church mentioned having a taco-eating challenge, we were there. As a good competitive wife should, I told Ryan he had better win. We arrived with our 5 lbs of taco meat and the competition began shortly.
It was a close race until the very last second when Ryan pulled out a victory. He's my own personal Joey Chestnut and he made me proud. (And in case you don't know who Joey Chestnut is, he's the current hot-dog eating world champion and world record holder.)
