Cake Pops

I've been going a little crazy with the ups and downs of moving so I decided I needed a little diversion from the constant "keep-the-house-clean" insanity. I had always wanted to try making these cake pops after Ryan's sister, Sunny, had made such beautiful ones for birthdays and holidays. We have a school bake sale on Saturday I am supposed to contribute to so I figured this would be perfect. They were a little tricky but not as bad as I expected. It was helpful to have an extra pair of hands to get the sprinkles on quickly and troubleshoot with me (thanks, Kath!). I think they turned out pretty cute.
